A Decade of Impact
Ten years ago, we began this journey to support Nigerian youths and MSME owners. Our mission: to promote entrepreneurship, creativity, and innovation. Today, we celebrate a decade filled with success stories and growing impact.
Competition Categories
This year, the competition has two tracks:
- Idea Track: For businesses aged 0 to 2 years
- Growth Track: For businesses aged 3 years and above
How It Works
Here’s a simple breakdown of this year’s process:
- Online Application Opens: 28th May, 2025
- Deadline: 27th June, 2025
- Selection Begins: After 27th June
- Evaluation Criteria:
- Feasibility of the business idea
- Market potential
- Profitability
- Management skills
- Sustainability plan
- Free Training: All applicants will receive free training.
- Funding: Top 20 applicants with the best business plans will receive financial support.
- Mentorship: The selected 20 will also receive ongoing mentorship during their project.
Who Can Apply?
You are eligible if:
- You run a Halal MSME in Nigeria.
- You were a runner-up in any BPC before 2022.
- You were not a Star Prize Winner in any previous edition.
How to Apply
Step 1: Prepare These Items Before You Start
- A digital passport photograph (max 1 MB)
- A scanned copy of your NIN (PDF or JPEG, max 1 MB)
- A 2-minute voice pitch of your business or product (formats: mp3, mp2, wav, m4a, etc.)
Step 2: Submit Your Application Online
